Pilling foundation with R.C.C. tie beam at plinth level and above plinth level load bearing wall provided up to roof level. Only portico column continued from pilling foundation up to roof slab.

R.C.C

:

R.C.C in beams, slabs, lintel, chajja, staircase etc. will be provided.

WALLS

:

1st class K.B. Bricks / concrete blocks masonry in rich cement mortar.

WALL FINISH

:

Smooth plaster of Paris finish for internal walls with distempers & external plaster finish with weather coat paint.

DOORS

:

Salwood frame / concrete door frame, Main door will be flush door with teak finishing, fitted with mortice lock & eye-piece. Other are company made doors.

FLOORS

:

Semi vitrified porcelain tiles.

WINDOWS

:

Aluminum frame windows fitted with glass panel.

TOILETS

:

Anti-skid tiles for floors & glazed tile fitted up to 5 ft. from floor level. Concealed piping for shower points, Wash basin, W.C. with flushing cistern, Cold/ Hot water Geyser point for one toilet (attached toilet ).

KITCHEN

:

Cooking platform will be built-in-sink and Marble stone top, glazed tiles of standard height above cooking platform: Two points with C.P. BIB Cock and one exhaust fan point.
